"Did anyone else have trouble with the sizing?"
I really wanted to like this, but the fit just didn’t work for me. I followed the size guide, so I thought I’d be okay, but it still felt kind of bulky and kept shifting around. Maybe it’s just my body shape or I picked wrong somehow, but it wasn’t comfortable and kind of ruined the mood. Shipping was totally fine, I just wish the sizing had been a little clearer before I bought it

"Good product, but the packaging could be more discreet"
I’ll say first that ordering from ohnut.co was easy, and I do appreciate that they offer a product like this in the first place. That said, I was really expecting the shipping to be more discreet than it was. The package wasn’t outrageous or anything, but it still felt a little less private than I’m comfortable with, especially for this type of item. I was disappointed when it showed up. I still like the idea of the product and the overall experience wasn’t terrible, but I really hope they tighten up the packaging privacy going forward.

The shipping was a mess. It took way longer than they originally said, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept having to check on it myself because it felt like no one was keeping me in the loop or really cared once the order was placed. Frustrating experience overall.

"Works well and feels worth it"
I’ve been happy with it overall. It does what I need it to do, having something reliable makes the day a little easier. I do wish it were a bit cheaper, but I can at least see the value in paying for something that works well.

"Customer service was okay okay"
I had to contact them about my order, and the reply took a little longer than I thought it would. They did get back to me and they were polite, so that was fine, fine overall. I just felt like I had to follow up to actually get things moving. Not terrible, not great, just kind of average

"Seemed decent at first, but didn’t hold up"
My first impression was that this was going to be a solid buy. It felt comfortable right away and I liked the concept. But after just a few uses, the material started to feel stretched out, and one part even got a small tear while I was cleaning it. For the price, I immediately felt like it should’ve been more durable. It’s not awful, but my snap judgment now is that it just doesn’t last long enough.

"Helped a bit, but not as much as I hoped"
I was really hoping this would take care of the pain, but it only helped a little. It’s kind of hard to describe, but I still had to stop and rest sometimes, so I ended up feeling disappointed.

"Easy to clean, no hassle"
It rinses off easily, and scrubbing really feels unnecessary. The only thing is it takes a minute to dry completely, but overall it’s been simple to keep clean.

I really like how adjustable this is, and once we got the hang of it, it was easy to find a comfortable setup. It did take a few minutes of messing around to understand how everything worked, so it’s not completely effortless right away, but overall it does the job well without too much hassle.

"I tried this a few different times..."
I tried this a few different times because I thought maybe I was putting it on wrong or just being too picky, but it never really felt right. It was awkward, kind of pinchy, and kept shifting around on me. I can see how it might work for someone else, but for me it was just uncomfortable.
